1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup sour cream (light) 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat) 1 tbsp. sugar (1/2 packet sugar substitute) 1/4 cup canola oil 4 eggs (I used eggs, could try Eggbeaters) 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix everything except flour well. Then add flour. Cook on hot griddle sprayed with Pam. Enjoy with fruit syrups or maple or SF. Submitted By: Joy
