2 pkgs. (8 ounces each) low-fat cream cheese, softened 1 ½ cups shredded low-fat white Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese 1 ripe black avocado, peeled and seeded 1 small onion 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 can (3 to 4 oz.) green chilies, drained, or jalapenos, if you like it hot
