Aggie's Pumpkin Ricotta Crème

Preheat Oven: 350
Cooking Time: 25

15 oz ricotta cheese
3 large eggs
1 pkg (4 servings size) sf vanilla pudding
1/3 c Splenda
2 T pumpkin pie spice (or more or less depending on your tastes)
1/2 c ff half and half
1 1/2 c of canned pumpkin

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
Dump everything else in the bowl and beat well.
Pour into a greased pie plate (9 inches)
Bake at 350 for about an hour or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Serve w/FF Cool Whip.
