1 lb ground beef 2 15-oz cans black beans 1 c salsa 2 8-oz cans tomato sauce 1 pkg chili seasoning mix
Cook meat in large saucepan over medium-high heat until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles. Drain if necessary.
While meat cooks, drain, rinse and mash 1 can of black beans. Add mashed beans, the other can of beans (undrained), salsa, tomato sauce, and seasoning mix to saucepan. Stir well, and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon into serving bowls. Top each bowl with 1 T lowfat sour cream and 1 T shredded lowfat cheese. Servings: 7 Submitted By: MarieC (Marie in WA)
